My pup is a bit picky about sprays, but he actually stood still for this one—the mist is so fine it doesn't startle him. The scent lingers nicely for a couple of days on his coat without being overpowering, just wish the bottle were bigger for the price.

The mist really does leave a soft, lingering scent on my pup's coat after our evening walks, and it doesn't feel sticky at all. Only reason for four stars is the nozzle sprays a bit unevenly, but the fragrance itself is lovely and gentle.
